A boy who was in my mom's first grade classroom 4 years ago when Owen was born brought a special gift to her this week to give to Owen.
A Leapster!

This was so unbelievably generous.
He and his sister had outgrown it, and they wanted Owen to have it.
So sweet.
Needless to say, he was VERY excited.

They also sent the travel case, recharging station and 17 games!
Amazing!
I was blown away.
Owen is pretty good at doing some things himself on it. It will actually probably help his fine motor skills. And the letter, number, word, shape and color games will be great for him too. His favorite so far is the Thomas game.
I let him play it during his bowel program that we restarted today as well as in the car on they way home from Riley Saturday.
This thing is really going to be a blessing.
He does a great job sharing it with Liam and Kate.
Today I hear Kate say, "Do you want me to help you, Owen?"
"Yep"
I assumed she had taken the stylus from him to show him,
but when I walked in the room to tell her to let him try by himself, this is what I saw...

How sweet is that!
Generosity. Pass it forward.
